Arcane dragons are by far the best-read dragons in Sornieth, able to weave magical hexes as easy as Nature dragons weave baskets and rend curses as easily as Plague dragons rend flesh.

But not this dragon.

No, Arta is absolutely illiterate and couldnt control a spell if her goddamn life depended on it. Instead, she casts spells such as "piledriver" and "wrestle into subordination", bouncing from clan to clan to beat up strangers and take incredible gambles upon her feats of strength.

She tousles with the likes of pirates and mercenaries, siding with a faction one day just to shank them the next. What is she doing here, at the (CLAN)...? Nobody is eager to find out.

The guard stalks her, as her usual haunt encompasses the territory. She hasnt done anything illegal /yet/, but stories fly of her being an egg-eater, a book-burner, a beast-clan sympath... Its only a matter of time before Arta decides to lay claw on (CLAN). How, or when, is yet to be decided.
B) ... and dont tell anyone, but sometimes, when she is asleep, you can hear a faint ticking coming from inside, as if she has swallowed some sort of machine. Maybe it was just a one-time thing, but the hatchlings swear up and down they've seen the Guardian eat coal.
