Gold Ore Earth Subspecies, 1st generation of the subspecies, lore found in Earth subspecies document.

As the earthshaker watched his kin depart from the base of the shattered tower his head hung low and tears he would never admit fell from his eyes and soaked the earth around him.. His body slumped to the ground as he fell into a state of meditation many mistakenly interpreted as sorrow and lethargy. He knew he had to conserve his energy for the age ahead. While boulders solidified into his skin, He contemplated how the Eathkin (his boulders and pebbles) could bring peace to a world filled once again with violence. unbeknownst to him, the tears he shed as he was abandoned and betrayed by those he once called friends, soaked deep into the ground and spread out in thin veins as they dispersed into the cracks within the rocks below. As they dried the tears solidified into precious metal around the nests of nearby lairs. the chemical composition of the minerals into which they flowed caused a slight property difference creating both silver and Gold minerals from the dried tears. From these Earthshaker touched nests hatched a very special type of dragon from thencefor called “The gold and silver ore veins of the earthshaker” later shortened to ore veins. Occasionally now when a gold ore dragon visits a light or ice nest his or her offspring will be born touched by earthshaker’s tears.
