Bloody Wing Bandages 		At first glance, Blightscream is bloodied and scarred, reeking of rust and dirt and herbal poultices designed to ward off infection. A second look might reveal the opaline crystal between the bandages, as if her leathery hide is only a temporary cover being slowly and painfully shed. She says nothing of it, however, and refuses any treatment but her own.

It is rumored that she ran afoul of a curse: that in attempting to use her pearl for scrying she saw something not meant for mortal eyes. There are other rumors that she tried to insert the opal slivers--

Blightscream has nothing to say about this, or anything else, for that matter. She consults her scrolls and polishes her pearl and changes her bandages, waiting for ...something.
