The Steam Muse
Bath Attendant of Clan Morningstar
Tracing her claw through the steam, Ninthel relished one of her few free moments. The baths were empty apart from her, and the steam felt wonderful on her scales. Today had been extremely busy, and she could have sworn nearly every dragon in the clan had made their way through her bath house in the last few hours. Near constant upkeep had been needed, and until now, Ninthel hadn't been able to get a moments rest.
Now, though, she had a moment to breathe. It was times like this that reminded her why she loved her job so much. Alone in the bath house, steam surrounding her, Ninthel felt like she could slip into the steam forever. Helping the other dragons get themselves clean always lead to these moments, and to her, it was worth it. When she was alone, the normally still waters started to heat up, releasing steam into the already humid room. The swirly patterns soothed her aches from a long day's work, and left her feeling great.
She wouldn't want to be anywhere else, when it came down to it. The bath house was her home just as much as her clan was.
