 Haughty and self-important as her species would suggest, Archion diverges from the stereotypical Pearlcatcher in the manner in which she chooses to prove her apparent superiority: by smiting the forces of evil in battle. Dedicated to rooting out the abominations that plague Sornieth--undead, Shade-touched, and otherwise monstrous beings--Archion was cast out from the Sunbeam Ruins following a failed attempt at slaying Luminax. Fearful that her would-be heroism would draw the Emperor's ire onto their lair, Archion's clanmates sent her to Arcane territory: an area rife with enough alien creatures to keep her busy for quite awhile. She has since alighted on the islands of Clan Gienah, whose ancient ruins remind her of home.
