Not all who came to Dragonhome did so by choice. So it goes for Akinu and Aurica, two golden dragons who fled for their lives, seeking refuge from several branches of ambitious Beastclans. They remained hidden in the barren home of the Earth flight. From there, they bore children, praying they would be strong enough to fight for their freedom. It is from this fearful couple that Albreicht was born.

As a child, Albreicht would relish in laying spread out on a warm slab of stone, soaking in the sun's rays. Inspired by the sun's warmth, Albreicht sought to heal others. Born with earth magic, he weaved his natural, deep rooted power with the endless bounty of sunlight to create a nurturing, soothing, and radiant form of healing.

Unafraid of the dangers his parents faced, Albreicht sought out new lands and new friends to call his own. He carried his secret healing powers with him, aiding any along his way who were hurt. He is always fluid in his words, and never one to speak hurtfully about someone. It's a good bedside manner, after all.

Unhappily, he was captured early in his wandering by a plague clan seeking to subjugate his abilities to their needs - at first they assumed they had simply captured a pretty golden trophy... soon after they discovered his healing powers as he tried to help the recently enslaved light clan, he knew he would never be leaving.
"Shh. Stop moving, let me see your wounds.
Relax, this won't hurt. I'll make you better, I promise. You'll be on your way soon."
