from the beginning of the clan, the written word has been absolute. the first decrees, to the peacekeeping procedures; all the dates of the new hatchlings to the duty of the clan dragons. all the history from then to now has been written in the clan ledger. the ledger is long, filled with tedious notes and dates, many still waiting to be organized. the keeper of this ledger is a very wise Imperial, Skriva. he takes his role very seriously, every waking moment he has papyrus and a quill with him, walking through the clan jotting down whatever he finds to be relevant. then, by candle light, late into the night he writes and organizes the ledger for that day and everyday since. though he may seem flustered and short-tempered, dont let him fool you. he loves it. but it was time to take his skills else where. he loved his clan but the mighty skies are calling. perhaps one day he might land in a clan with a larger library than his own!
