"Now... tell me where it hurts."

Bonesaw is perfectly well aware of how the sunlight catches on his crimson scales, how they sparkle and shimmer under any amount of light at all, how gorgeous his hide is- Bonesaw knows this. But at night... At night, Bonesaw's scales don't glisten, don't shimmer, don't sparkle. And while he knows he's quite handsome during the day, nothing is quite as thrilling for Bonesaw as being invisible is. A beacon during the day and a shadow during the night, Bonesaw has a love for both blending in and standing out, and his preference quite literally depends on the time of day (or night). Bonesaw is quite stealthy, and grew up practicing his talent by ah, "borrowing" meat from his birth clan's stores for midnight snacks. And while he was certainly questioned once or twice about the missing meat, no one really suspected the shining Imperial. Those were the days... And certainly good training grounds.

Bonesaw eventually decided to truly test his gift by leaving the clan altogether- slipping away under the cover of night, where his scales could not betray his presence, he vanished. And indeed, the next morning, his home clan was bewildered and alarmed to find Bonesaw missing. Try as they might though, Bonesaw was unwilling to be found. Bonesaw instead was searching, searching for a clan who will appreciate and ideally use his abilities to aid them. He knows he's a perfect spy- aren't all spies usually dark like the night and wearing trenchcoats and generally looking suspicious? Of course they are...But not Bonesaw. (bio by Shikoire)
