서안 (Seoan) 혹은 셰인 라테라토르.

바나나색 금발에 벽안. 흰 피부. 푸르고 큰 눈이 그가 유일하게 자랑하는 부분이다.
세 번째로 들어온 장기 투숙객으로 숙박비를 꼬박꼬박 내고 있다. 지나가는 말에 의하면 지방 관리로 일하고 있다고 한다.
상당히 말이 없고 특이한 성격. 구체적으로 어떤 일을 하느냐는 물음에 "잊혀지는 이들을 기억한다" 라고만 답했을 뿐이다.
