Every dragon is a little bit crazy, right? Well, one certainly wouldn't think so but Pestis has been proven the the contrary for his whole life. In his opinion, it's only that some of those habits or behavior pattern are more socially acceptable than others thus making some dragons seem mad while others do simply follow the rules of society's construction. Still, no one is perfect and even he himself got his own little flaws and problems to deal with - which doesn't mean he cannot take care of other dragons' mental issues in the meantime. And truth be told, he is indeed really good at this - the dragons who have regular sessions with him are sometimes even really looking forward to them because he is so helpful and understanding. Which is why most of the dragons are not afraid to speak to him about their problems and fears if they have any as they know he'll be respectful and able to give good advice. And he will also not tell anyone about anything they have told him for he sees this as his duty.

Pestis grew up in a clan where everything always had to be tidy. The rooms, everything outside and also the dragons themselves. No wonder it kind of stuck with him and now he cannot live if everything in his close reach is not clean. Seeing that he likes to collect feathers, this is somehow hard to obtain but he tries his best - of course he knows it is nothing normal but at least he doesn't hurt anyone with this habit. Still, it can be kind of annoying sometimes even for him and espescially for his partner Yersinia who is really short-tempered anyway. On the other hand he doesn't have to worry about losing stuff or his cave getting cluttered with useless stuff. That would certainly not leave a very good impression, right? The Wildclaw is usually also very patient and hard working, regarding how much he cares for every single one of his patients. At first he can seem very cold and distanced though, which isn't really his intention but considering his nature as an Ice dragon, it is just his natural response to certain things and one of those things is meeting strangers. After all, he also has to examine them first to make sure they are alright mentally and need no further treatment when they join the clan - sure, needing further treatment is definetely not bad, but the clan should at least know about it so they can adjust to it and act accordingly without hurting someone in the process. It just makes life together a bit easier, right? When he's not working, cleaning or collecting feathers, he can be found close to the clan's underground lake most of the times as it fascinates him and he just likes the feeling he gets when he's spending time there. It's refreshing somehow. And calming. For once, he doesn't need to think about cleaning at all. |
