The Mirror does not look at you when he asks the question, and you are silent. He is lightning fast when he turns, his jaws snapping inches from your face. His saliva drips to the floor from his manic grin, and you can't help but shudder at the sizzle it makes when it hits the floor.

"Listen to me," he hisses, and though his voice and words are hash, the smile does not slip, like it's carved there in his flesh, "it would do you good to fear. I thrive on it, live and breathe.

"Be scared and I may spare you."

Apophis would have done well in Hellreek, but his father is his father and he had to go or be eaten. Dajoji still tried, yes - Apophis is littered in scars and there is a bite taken out of one of his crests. When Sava came to visit, it was the perfect opportunity to get him out of the lair.

Everyone pretended to not notice the grin settle onto Akeelah's face as the young dragon left her lair. He would bring hell upon the Archangel. The combination of her own and the Death From Above's blood is bound to be aggressive, ruthless, and more than a little mad.
