Biography
The Rose Witch
She'd been so lost. Among the happy wind dragons who flew in such exquisite loops and danced so beautifully. The spirals who had so much energy that they'd just pass out from the expenditure of energy. She could do neither. Her flight was not graceful, she had far less energy, so she left. Syl was laying outsid the tangled wood when she saw something red hiding among the brambles.
Blinking slowly at the red speck. That was what got Syl to move and get up. Walking slowly, carefully. At the edge she found a rose bush. Inside a fine black bird with a beautiful crest of goldenrod yellow. "Hello bird." She whispered as she eased a claw forward and he hopped upon her finger. Bringing with him strings of roses, connected to the dense black feathers. a few hops and the bird was on her shoulder its chain of roses curled, It flapped a bit and soon the roses curled around Syl.
Syl tilted her head as the bird tilted his head back. "I will name you Rose." She told him before she turned to the wood. "Home is in there?"
The bird cawed. So Syl with his agreement that home was that way started into the tangled woods. The roses sinking into her Skin to mark her as Rose's Mirror. Rose lifted from her shoulders and pulled her when it got to dark for her to know where she was going. Soon she arrived among the swarm. She gasped as Rose relanded on her shoulder, a glowing guide coming to provide light to lead her farther in. Though not very before she was greeted by a tiny dragon. "Hellos!" The little yellow mirror cried.
"Hello." Syl responded.
