Biography

Nobody is really sure what exactly is going on in Cryptic's head, probably because nobody has ever heard him speak a single word. All efforts to start up a conversation with him are met with a blank stare and a stony silence. It's unclear whether he just doesn't like talking, or whether he physically cannot for some reason.

Cryptic likes to creep around after other dragons, staring at them silently and unblinkingly from a safe distance. If asked what he's doing, he will quickly unfurl his wings and fly away. More than once he has been spotted adding another dragon's scales to a sinister-looking potion, so many speculate that he follows other dragons around to wait for an opportunity to find something of theirs to use in some weird sort of voodoo. It's really kinda creepy.
