Wooden Flute 		It's tough being a musician at Ridgeback size. You run the risk of deafening any Fae lairmates if you burst into song without checking your surroundings. You don't have any lips, so you can't whistle, or play the flute. You have to buy custom-made instruments, because apparently no one larger than a Pearlcatcher would ever want to play the harp. And when you do get your hands on an instrument, every jokester you meet will start making cracks about "hey, give that back," or "did you tell that Imperial you borrowed it?"

And of course, if you're living your whole life in the Viridian Labyrinth, not only are you suffering from the humidity (whose idea was it to keep water in the air? Dear Glademom, there must be a better way!) and the rainy season, but your hard-won instrument is suffering from it, too.

Scherzo's lived in Glademom's lands a long time, and he loves her as much as any of her children, but he thinks it might be time to head for a dry climate. 		w9liLx2.png
