Eikki is a kind hearted well meaning dragon. He tends to be very anxious and doesn’t do well in stressful situations. He is very devoted to his cause and his mate, Alseides.

Eikki was born under the powerful winds of the Reedcleft Ascent. He was born to loving parents and grew up sheltered. One day, his sheltered life was changed forever, when Gaelyn appeared in the Windswept Plateau flanked by two other dragons in shining armor. Gaelyn spoke of a need for young strong dragons to join the Order of the Templars. Eikki hung on every word and that night he told his parents that he wanted to go with them. His parents knew that he had to go eventually and left the choice up to him. The next morning, Eikki sought out Gaelyn along with a few other dragons from the Ascent. The captain looked a little disappointed but brought them along.

After several days, they arrived in the Wasteland. The foul smelling air and barren land had all the new recruits on their toes. The next few weeks were the hardest of Eikki’s life, he struggled with every aspect of his training and he crossed Gaelyn on accident on more than one occasion. One day he had finally gotten on the Gaelyn's last nerve and he were about to send Eikki crawling back to the Ascent, when a soft but sure voice spoke out, “What about the guard?”

The Captian rolled his eyes, “If you want to take him on, Alseides, his blood is on your claws.”

Alseides sighed, “Don’t worry, he isn’t that bad once you get to know him.”

The next few weeks went much smoother for Eikki and him and Alseides grew closer on the cold night in the watch.
