FREE BIO CODE FOR YOUR EQUUS

DO'S AND DON'TS
1. These bio codes are meant to be used for dragons of the Equus subspecies, specifically - but who am I to stop you from slapping one on a horse inspired dragon of any kind. Just don't call that dragon an Equus if you do - please respect the time and effort of the creator of the subspecies.
 2. DO NOT remove the credits from any of the bio codes, or claim them as your own! The credits are not only required for the assets they use, but I'd like my time and work to be respected. I am a person, too, and this is a free resource. I want anyone to be able to find it if they want to use it.
 3. DO NOT sell any of the bio codes, or parts of them! The art assets used forbid the usage in bio codes that are being sold for currency. And, well - selling someone else's work that should be given forward for free isn't cool, either.

DO edit the codes to your own liking! The credits can be adjusted accordingly, but not removed, unless the layout becomes unrecognizable as the original. Just remember the art asset rules!
 RIBBON CODES don't require credit by themselves. If you'd like to have your ribbons in a neat row as just images with the same ALT texts, that's fine.
 THE GIFS are divider-like, and can be used anywhere, be it a dragon bio, forum post, clan bio, and so on. Outside the Equus bio code, credit is appreciated, but not necessary.

HOW TO USE
First, choose the color variant from the list above. Click the color of your choosing, and you should be redirected to a dragon's page. Scroll down, until you see the rules, and two code boxes - there are two, they're both just quite tall.

If you'd like to write a short introduction into the bio like this, copy the code under FOR TEXT.
If you want to use a GIF in the bio like this, copy the code under FOR A GIF.

Once you have the code pasted into the desired bio, it should be commented enough for you to know where to put what.

  1. Add your dragon's avatar to AVATAR_HERE. To get the avatar image for your dragon, you can use Dragonmim's BBCode Companion. Copy only the image address of the avatar on the bottom right! You don't need the IMGs around it here.

2. Remove whatever you don't need. The code should have a line for every registration status, subtype, color, and modifier. Whatever you Equus isn't or doesn't have, you can safely delete.

3. Fill in the rest. Add your dragon's name, or whatever you might want to have as the main header. Replace the dummy text with your own, or find a GIF you'd like to use. It is advised to use the GIFs from this folder, as they are cropped for this specific purpose. If you have ribbons you'd like to add instead of the blank ones, you can find them here.

4. Hit save, and you should be done. Enjoy!
