Lastway

The nanny hired by Marie after Beltane's disappearance to watch her hatchlings. Lastway comes from a curious Light clan, which has given her an intense interest in ancient curses.
Now that the kids are grown, she plans to stay to pursue her interest in cursed items. And she also seems to be have become Marie's second in command.

She remembers a few basilisk pets back in her old clan. She doesn't remember them being this...friendly. The new corpse cleaner is less enthusiastic, but it hasn't run away yet. At least it eats the mice trying to infest the hoard.

The clan has been falling apart since the loss of Hurricane and Marie's subsequent collapse. The wildclaw is concerned about Sharie's rise in subtle influence and will have to confront the tundra later. Now that she's functionally in charge, too many things need her attention. She's lucky to have Teiru running the hoard.
