Clan Fallout Skies

Completely immersed in the study of the Light Flight and still holds onto his devotion to the Lightweaver. However he found that he could study more freely in the Starfall Isles under the Arcanist.

Toth keeps Fallout Skies' Archives in order. He is very stern, and does not like anyone taking scrolls and books out without his permission (and signing several long, detailed forms). It's become a game to try and sneak things out without him noticing. He always has a way of finding out, though.
