There's a place below the rocky crust of the world, where a war is being waged.
Its in this place that the Wayward dragon clan has found themselves practically trapped by the siren queen that has taken over their once peaceful home. Driven by madness and destiny she enslaved the once beloved story tellers, shackling them in her magic voice, that even the strongest willed of dragons find themselves bound to, making it impossible to escape beyond the rocky clearing without always finding themselves returning to the place.
Resilient are the dragons that once lived in the Wayward peacefully. Those with their mind still their own, tossed aside their ink and parchment for the tools of war and rebellion. While unable to stray too far above the ground, the dragons find themselves delving deeper and deeper into the dirt and stone that surrounded them, finding in this way that they can regroup without the queen's threat. Or as much as one.
Nebula, brought to this place as a hatchling just days before the place was lost into darkness, had become one such rebel. Though her cause was not one of purely freedom for her fellow clan mates. It was wealth and revenge, and neither of which were worth much achieved in a hollow hole of rock.
Literally blinded in her rage of her unproclaimed mission, she found herself struck by the mad queen, the striking hot talons of the greater imperial raking across her eyes and stealing away the magic of her sight.
But Nebula's magic was not so easily thrown away from her, the power of space and her stars.
