Main Theme: 30. Three in the Morning (Aftermath) - Homestuck Vol. 9

______ With a confident front and a generosity of spirit, Marris is a warm, kind, and sociable coatl who finds that her friends play an important part in her life. Her sympathy, matched by her strong sense of justice, lead her to defend the fight vigorously when her principles are at stake. One of her few obstacles in seeking success is her inability to discipline herself when it is really necessary.

She thinks very practically, and given that she is attracted to intelligent dragons it's no surprise that she found Nereus to be her ideal mate. Marris likes to make her mind up about issues only after analyzing all the possible ramifications.

______ Because she is proud and outwardly confident, it's not often that anyone sees the more vulnerable and intuitive side of her. At times she may become overly serious, willful, or selfish, feeling that her efforts are not being appreciated; it's during these periods which she is more prone to being frustrated and argumentative with other clanmates. However, she is also very warm and magnanimous, and is willing to do almost anything for the dragons who she loves.

With her excellent analytical ability, and love for detail, she was easily drawn to making observations of the stars in the skies over the Sea of a Thousand Currents, and with Nereus's abilities as a seer, she is able to make correlations between the whispers of the cosmos and the visions which her mate will occasionally share with her.
