The dragon named Lucifer was said to be one of the most powerful and important dragons in the world, only second to the deities themselves. He, the 'Supreme Primarch', was tasked with observing the change and evolution of the dragons of Sorneith.

But as time passed, Lucifer grew to dislike his role and how restrictive it felt. He wanted to be free, much like the dragons he observed every day. So he decided to shed himself of his role as Supreme Primarch, and passed his powers on to another dragon. Rumors say that the dragon who assumed Lucifer's powers was his lover, but no one is certain of the identity of this dragon or their relationship with Lucifer.

What became of the former Supreme Primarch is also a mystery, as some rumors claim he died after giving up his powers, and some say he became an ordinary dragon.
The most popular rumor states that Lucifer fell into darkness and emerged as something dark and twisted; corrupted. He who was once considered perfect and pure was now tainted and impure.
This dragon simply just appeared one day. A member of the Yenha clan spotted him walking the along the border of Shadow and Water. When greeted, he stated that he was looking for his mate, a dragon by the name of Sandalphon. The clan members offered to let him rest with them for the night, as he was showing signs of exhaustion, but he shook his head and flew off, presumably still in search of his mate.
