B I O G R A P H Y
Tama always seemed a little strange. From the time he was a hatchling, two things were clear: he had great magical potential and he absolutely loved turtles. The feeling seems to be mutual and he's usually followed around by a small group of turtle fans who he makes sure stay cool and moist. He and his Greatshell familiar are practically inseparable and he calls it a "perfect specimen of turtledom". (Whatever that means.) The idea of others eating his beloved turtles upsets him so much that the entire clan has stopped hunting them since his arrival. Tama has been trying unsuccessfully to learn water magic and dreams of combining the elements of light and water into something he calls "turtle magic". Nobody is entirely sure what this means and, frankly, are a little afraid to ask. Despite his oddities, Tama is unceasingly kind and friendly to everyone who isn't "an enemy of turtle-kind". He's also extremely determined and never gives up on something once he's set his mind on it, no matter how much others may try to dissuade him.
