Echo

A once proud warrior of the Clan of Scourge, Echo was slain during a brutal battle when the clan clashed with another in the shadows. She left behind the pup Abyss, still unsteady on his feet so young he was, and her mate Void. In his mourning, Void bared his teeth at Laela and snarled that the blame for Echo's death lie with her.

Infuriated by the insolence displayed towards her, Laela set to working forbidden magicks; though it took many nights and many foul ingredients, Echo was resurrected once more. Yet Laela was a spiteful being, and the Echo that rose that night was not the Echo her mate had known before. With tattered wings and peeling flesh, the wildclaw arose howling with an unnatural hunger. Disease clung to her flesh, attracting an equally foul familiar to her side. Though she returned to her mate's side, she no longer showed him the affection she once had, nor could she nurse the young Abyss anymore; she had become an undead thrall of the Seer, a means to mock Void for his daring.

Despite her slowly rotting state, Echo retains her prowess in battle - if anything, becoming more vicious, as she no longer feels pain.
