Observatory keeper

All of his friends around him have been dying in battle; upon their final breaths he used arcane magic to transfer their souls to fish in a nearby pond.

These beings are bound to Teyo, and they glide in the air around him, reminding him of what he has done.

Usage of forbidden magic resulted in the formation of the halo forged from pure arcane aura, designed to permanently blind him, but his eyes have adapted and he can see easily.
