Bio:
Charge likes working with the technicians of the spire in order to make the efficiency rise. He is all about looking for that one major lightning strike. Once, a few years back Charge saw a lightning strike that registered at 100trillion watts and it lasted for almost half a second! Charge was inspired and has developed a weather system that tracks major lightning events in the hopes of charging the spire for years to come.

After the great strike, charge flies around the countryside looking for a place to record an even bigger strike. He has hopes in a lightning event over the Southern Ice field in the next few days. He's hopeful, but will move on to the next if it doesn't work out.
