Zap

75 Boom! The explosion sounded. Zap cackled as he flew away. Soon he was back at his headquarters where he began plotting his next attack.
“I will first strike from the north with fire, then the east.” he says to Loki. “Then you will come and burn straight through to the heart of the village!”
Zap, isn’t your typical kind of dragon. He likes burning villages, for the fun of it. And he is very good at this. No one ever expects him to come, except for this one, a small village that’s name probably wouldn’t sound familiar.
Zap was flying with Loki one day with a plan for how to burn this village. And when they got there Zap was just about to start burning when a dragon shot flames at them.
“We’re under attack! Everyone leave the village! I repeat we are under attack!” yelled an unbelievably loud skydancer.
“No, no, no, no, no! They are getting away! Where’s the fun in burning an empty village!” Loki said.
“What I would like to know is how they knew where we would be in the exact spot that we came from.”
The two dragons started flying towards the screaming villagers but five big snappers came with shields and spears.
“Zap, Loki, why have you come to our village!” yelled the biggest of all of them.
“How do you know or name and how did you know where we were coming from!” Zap shouted back.
A sixth dragon that was behind the others flew forward. “I am the reason why we knew you were coming, I can sometimes see things that are going to happen. Usually they end bad but have always been stopped. I’m sure this time will be no different.
The words of this dragon were like invisible fists punching at Zap. Loki almost fell from momentarily forgetting how to fly.
“So, you knew we were coming.” Zap said.
“Yes.” The dragon replied.
“NOW!!!!!” Loki cried and the two dragons beat their wings as hard as they could but the moment they got to the edge of the village they came straight back to the little dragon.
It laughed. “Good luck getting away from here, every time you think you are leaving the village you are actually flying towards.”
Zap and Loki looked confused.
“Illusions! One of the hardest things to master!” Right then at that moment Zap realized just how bad of a situation he was in.
“What are you planning to do with us then?” Zap said.
“I intend to be nice, no dragon should be cruel, you will be free to go. This is a warning, but if we EVER hear word of your fires burning other dragons we will find you and hunt you down.” He said, and with a clap of his claws the two evil dragons disappeared and found themselves in their headquarters.
They went on with life as if nothing happened on this day. Nothing really changed, except that they no longer burned villages of dragons for pleasure, or stole items from lone travelers.
Although Zap stopped attacking harmless dragons he never lost his greed, he never once didn’t think maybe, just maybe I could take this one.
