Umbra is a dragon of wonder, always longing for the sky. She could lose herself for hours gazing at the stars, charting them, writing about them, obsessing over them. At this point, she's almost completely nocturnal, and getting her up and about during the day is not something one should ever do.

Spending too long in the tunnels of Umbra's previous home did have an effect on her. Maybe that's where her wonder comes from. She's small, and sensitive about this. Very sensitive. It's best not to bring it up. Her wings are weak, much to her chagrin, from no chances for her to fly. It's unfortunate, and she knows, believe her, she knows.

Another side effect, if you will, is her shyness. Most haven't heard Umbra speak in any tone above a whisper, and she tends to recede into the darkest corner available in a crowd of more than two. However, when the conversation turns to the stars, it does brighten her up, and she relaxes and lets herself exist.
