Morae

While out on a hunting trip, Steel discovered a small hatchling, alone on the edge of the frozen sea. That hatchling was Morae, with no memory of how she'd gotten there, or where she came from. Morae grew quickly, and soon became fast friends with Steel, as they have similar interests. They both enjoy hunting, after all, and shiny things. She frequently spends long stretches of time away from home, hitching rides on passing ships and coming home with trinkets and treasure that it's best not to ask about. One such trip resulted in her tattoos, a painful ordeal of weeks along the sensitive webbing of her wings.

Morae is no longer allowed to have non-mechanical familiars, as she tends to use them as rather gruesome entertainment.
