The Messenger

Súlur was saved as a baby from being yet another sacrifice to the Icewarden. She works very hard for Askja is dutiful and loyal to the clan; the carries goods and messages all over the realm and leaves early and returns late. Askja rewarded her for her work with a skydancer scroll although she was happy as a mirror. Yet again duty overtook her and Súlur is now the clan beauty, and has had many hatchlings with her mate Jolnir and he do not have a close bond and Jolnir has been known to stray. Súlur prefers the company of Syki, the female plague imp and wears a token she gave her on her arm. They are nigh inseparable and spend their nights curled up together, their maize matching wings overlapping to keep out the cold.

Fast and sure as an arrow she is responsible for delivering goods and gifts to other clans, and makes the daily trudge to Pinkerton and the others at the Trading Post. Maybe Askja hoped her pretty face and charm would weedle something more than a pile of salt out of him? So far, no luck.
