Biography

Uh-oh, looks like this nocturne wandered a little too far from his lair (86228, RyuuMael), and now he's off to see the world! If ever you feel the urge to exalt, he'd really appreciate it if you could just return him home instead, or to the 'Dragons Off To See The World' thread, here.

Quote:
Being the son of a nocturne and a coatl, Kindle has always behaved as a coatl himself. He has a temper, but he will prefer not to fight if he can avoid it. He likes warm places and is fascinated by fire. At the same time, he just love plants, which are difficult to find inside of The Abiding Boneyard where he lives. He told about this to his parents -in the coatl native language, which the three of them speak fluently-. Both of them came to their current home from another places and they knew that maybe he will find interesting memories if he did the same. It was something difficult for them to do, but it was what the three of them felt that has to be done. Hyedra, his father, gifted him a daisy lei, the first flower that he had seen in all his life.
The Forgotten Clan (136580) wrote:
Kindle was worried when he wound up getting lost in a maze. Luckily, a mirror named Zedd and his coatl mate Zuri were glad to show him the way into the lair that was responsible for such an intricate maze. Kindle immediately attracted the attention of the clan's teachers, Sparrow and Zaius, who were very impressed with his mastery of the coatl language. Kindle stayed for a while to help teach a few of the youngsters some key coatl 'words'. It... Sort of worked.
What lit up his eyes was when a pearlcatcher named Botan and her nocturne mate, Budsy, showed them something they thought he would like - a whole garden with some of the most beautiful flora he had ever seen in his life. Kindle was over the moon, and even more excited when he was told that this was just a small garden in Sornieth.
Soon, it was time for him to leave. They wished him farewell, and he was on his way (after Zaius showed him back out the maze, at least).
Shadowbrook Waystation (77367) wrote:
Kindle stumbled upon Shadowbrook Waystation quite on accident, his eyes savoring each and every flower the viridian labyrinth had to offer. As he had leaned closer to study the foliage of a tree, a massive wing shifted and a large green eye glared at him in the face. The guardian did not growl at him, but instead slowly stood up, shaking the fallen leaves off his scales before nodding to the young nocturne and beckoning the smaller dragon to follow. Once he arrived at the clan home, he found himself unable to blink as he gazed upon the multitude of dragons, from every part of Sorneith to every breed and look. A young Coatl who thankfully happened to be a longer term resident sidled up to him, and with a nod from Bodhi began to explain how the way station worked. Fascinated by all the goings on , Kindle stayed for almost four months, before spreading his wings and taking flight once more.
