Lava

Lava was found by Ionna, the clan leader, as a young dragon just barely out of her hatchling years. She was an angry one, and would occasionally lash out at the other younglings. Specifically at Viridian, who happened to be training to be a warrior. Ionna was less than pleased, she valued the closeness of family and friends, but she also understood the young wildclaw's rage.
So she trained Lava and put her fiery temper, fitting for the land she had been left at, to proper use. She trained her and Viridi, as well as others, to become warriors. At least until the clan had been attacked. And then Lava, who had been one of the first at the scene to hold back the attackers, decided o become a guard.

She was appointed the first guard and, once her training was done, she trained more guards for the ever growing clan. Her temper still flares up on occasion, particularly with some of the pranksters within the clan, but she never lashes out at her clanmates.
