═══════════════════════════════════════════ NERO ; the rebellious devil ═══════════════════════════════════════════ A child of Yamato and his faithful mate Bluerose, Nero has too great a fortune to inherit a mix of terrible and wonderful traits. He possesses his father's temper but his mother's good looks. A dangerous combination often overlooked due to the little dancer's naturally lithe figure. No one expects a world of hurt from something so dainty and beautiful. Then again no one expected Redgrave to fall in love with the little one either. At first, it was a simple desire to be around little Nero. To watch over him and look after his needs when Yamato and Bluerose were out doing official village business. During these times he would do his best to entertain the feisty little drake and keep him out of trouble... which followed him everywhere. If not getting into fights with other hatchlings then he was off exploring some monster-infested place at the far edge of the village. When not doing that, he used the Imperial's body as a living jungle gym to play on. Out of all the things the hatchling could be doing Redgrave prefers this over the other heart attacks this child would get into. Still, as the drake grew older... Redgrave's affections for him shifted. He still watched over Nero without fault but found a growing need to be a little closer to him. Something that Nero was secretly hoping for. Until one faithful day while the two were relaxing together the dancer finally managed to catch the older drake off guard. One kiss later and the Imperial couldn't stop the words from falling out of his mouth. The news of these two traveled fast and after some discussion among their parents, Yamato agreed to let Nero live with his best friend's clan. As she had done with her son Redgrave. | x |
