Very dedicated, he just wants to prove himself worthy of being part of the Militia, Avalon's highest gathering of powerful dragons who defend the clan's territory from invaders / raiders / unwanted guests.

The armor set he wears hides most of it, but he still gets ridicule; oftentimes coming from Rakan, and that has them arguing before eventually fighting with each other for a few rounds.

He gets the upper hand over the Storm Dancer though.

Though some of the newly-hired professors worried about the respectability of their first class having an upstart Glimmer dragon, Headmaster Mirae (nickname: The Decider) ruled in favor of Oscar's inclusion, arguing that it hadn't been so long since Circuit was viewed with some suspicion. The professors with Circuit always seemed to be extra hard on Oscar, but no one could deny that this pretty, sparkly dragon is the hardest-working Nocturne anyone had seen in years. 		15859251_350.png
