Ruyko is the second member of the clan. He was originally from an actual Wind clan, similar to Tina, but he was soon expelled because he was framed of killing one of the hatchilngs of the leader. This was not true, and after coming among Tina while on his adventures to find a new place to live and quarreling with her, his amazing skill in combat was something Tina immediately admired. When offered to join her home in the Observatory of the Arcane Flight, he accepted and was immediately declared the second in command.

Ruyko is very hard-headed, so it's difficult to get things through his head sometimes, but it isn't impossible. He is considerate and selfless towards the other dragons of his clans, taking it as far as death to fulfill his promises to the important dragons of his clan.
