*You were walking in the darkened woods when you dodged a breath attack* Hey...This territory's off limits. Get out of here before I- Visitor? That's what they all say. You can't fool me! *You show him the gift you wanted to hand over to his clan* Hmph. I guess I can't fight you any further...For now.

*The dragon shows himself, coiled high up in a tree.* If you are wanting my name, it's Shadgar. The only reason I'm giving you my name is if the worst happens like I'm predicting, then you're going to want to know who kills you. Huh? You say I'm a gloomy fellow? You try getting betrayed by your parents when you're a child and tell me I'm gloomy then. I won't be repeating that cycle when I have my own offspring, though. Do I have a mate? Not yet, but I feel very funny whenever I see our newest addition to the clan, Amariel, walk by my home now and again. Is this the "love" that I never believed in before?

How's my clan? Why are you asking me? I don't stick around the nest, but rather around the edge of our territory. Legend's rather loud when she does anything, nor can she sit still. She also calls me out first thing whenever I ruin their battle plans. She's my primary reason I live away from the nest other than the rest not enjoying my "gloomy predictions".

Delian is the only member of the clan I can call a friend. He drops by to hang out with me and his quick wit has allowed us to work together in combat quite well. He saved my life before and has a respectable amount of honor in the clan. Dragons with honor are the first dragons I'll trust before anyone else.

*Shadgar sighs* Move along. You're here to visit my clan, right? And if you ever meet my parents; Tell them to never come here. I'll kill them if I ever see their faces again.
