Sugilite

Sugilite is butler, nanny, and servant to the Purple Hearted Posse, an elite trio of adventuring spirals based out of Clan Rockspeaker. They are: Phosphosiderite, Amethyst, and Malvier.

The trio is always seen together, sometimes with or without Sugilite (who is something of the Posse's butler, or perhaps nanny; they aren't always great at taking care of themselves, as evidenced by the scars they all carry). They sleep together, fight together, eat together, and nest together. Sugilite is primarily mated to Phosphosiderite; she's the one who "saw him first" (as she likes to remind Amethyst and Malvier when she's feeling particularly cheeky or possessive), but the Posse shares everything and does everything together - and we do mean everything - so that's really just a technicality.

Sugilite is quiet and docile, a far cry from the fierce and jovial warriors of the Purple Hearted Posse. He enjoys his position of subservience to the trio, and feels protective of them in his own way - not protective of them from physical danger, but rather from their own carelessness, and from social and emotional dangers. He does his best to help them relax between battles and bandage them up when they get hurt.

The trio of warriors found Sugilite - rescued him, really, when he was overwhelmed by phytocats along the woodland paths. In some ways, it was too late... the creatures had torn at his wings with their mighty jaws, breaking the ribbing and shredding the wingsails. They all did their best to patch him up, but his wings healed poorly, and he's never been able to fly since then. He remains at the Rockspeaker Clan's lair, working on musical and art projects, organizing the hoard, and waiting for his trio to return from their hunting trips.
