An astute devotee to the Toxic Spittor; Qiu is one of two worshipers that accompanies Pol everywhere she goes. He sees over the preparations Pol needs to channel the Toxic Spittor. With incense and chants does he achieve the connection the Mouthpiece needs to speak to their Deity. Beyond Zeno and Yera, he is the dragon that most hears the Toxic Spittor. It is a gift to hear the words of their Deity first, for it solidifies Qiu's devotion to the cause.

It has given him reason, direction, and even love in a world that caused him nothing but confusion and lost. When even the Gladekeeper seemed to gift him with nothing but misery until he was brought to salvation.

Now, all he has to do is wait until that "Promise Land" arrives and brings a new Age to this world.
