Moscato
The Vampire Assassin


Moscato comes from a clan of vampires living in the Southern Icefield. Shortly after he was born, he was adopted into the Brunested clan. He enjoys the Scarred Wasteland much more than the Icefield. Even though he's still young, he shows a lot of interest in the work Dwynwyn and Ophelia do. He often tries to follow them on their missions, but he doesn't get very far because of his young age. However, he shows promise that he will become a great assassin when he's older.

As Moscato grew up, it became exceedingly apparent that the god and goddess of his birth clan bestowed the curse of vampirism upon him before he left for the Brunested clan. The hatchling was extremely violent in his play and he often bit unsuspecting clan members and drank their blood. His bloodlust and madness grew as he did and eventually it was decided that something needed to be done. Twili, Hellebore, and Hawthorn worked together to create a potion that lessens the effects of the curse. Moscato must take it every day, but it preserves his sanity. He also must still ingest blood, but he no longer randomly bites his clanmates.

The young Coatl has begun seriously training with Dwynwyn and Ophelia to become the clan's third assassin. He'll be able to take on missions of his own when he reaches full maturity.
