m40_book.png Nebula was one of the first craftsdragons to settle among the Keep. He is a leatherworker, the sole among the Keep, and his primary focus is to keep their own equipped first and then to send his work along to others. He also has a tendency to daydream while working, meaning that one should take care in approaching him when a needle and thread are found between his paw pads.

Nebula has an excitable, optimistic way about him that means that though he has rather few skills beyond his own trade, most will happily employ his paws simply for his company. His favorite among his fellows, however, is Loch- the two imperials share a surprising bond, for all Nebula is energetic and Loch laid-back. He also has a bond with Astrophel, who's own mysterious knowledge of the stars fascinates the Imperial.

His lack of personal experience, however, won't stop him from spinning extensive and lengthy stories- which the lair agrees are quite good- on what it is like out among those stars. Kelpie will often lend her unruliest of hatchlings to Nebula to help him with his tanning and working as he talks, though most think it's less a punishment than a reward.
