Inua, son of Khione and Catequil, is the only boy in their nest of three. He is shy and easily frightened, a fact that his bigger sister constantly takes advantage of. He tries not to let her pranks and teasing get to him, but he doesn’t quite have the strong heart that his mother does. Inua is emotional, crying over anything and everything. His smaller sister usually has to stand up for him, against their sister or others, and he’s trying to raise his confidence enough to handle things without her help.

Inua has started a collection of the Eleven Deity dolls, starting with the one he was born under, the Tidelord. He takes great care of them and puts them in display boxes according to the element of the doll (the Gladekeeper rests in a box of plants, the Tidelord in a glass aquarium, etc). Khione refuses to let him set the Flamecaller’s box on fire, but Catequil managed to convince her to let Inua make a tiny campfire inside of his box as long as it stayed contained. The collection keeps Inua focused and happy, and his parents have placed strict rules around big sister messing around with it.
