Radiance has dreamed of following in her father's footsteps and doing what a Guardian does best. Guard. She was born into Shadow, a bright light within the darkness. She glittered in the light that filtered through the crooked trees and decided that this place was much to gloomy for someone like her. And so she left, heading east into the Sunbeam Ruins and into the brightness there. For a long time she searched for something to guard, to protect. Soon she found instead several someones to protect. And here she stayed, her dream achieved.

Radiance is a kind dragon, always thinking of others before herself. She's loyal , full of honor, compassion, and enough pride for two dragons. The other mercs often refer to her as "General," a nickname which she enjoys. She follows the rules, never breaking them, except in the most dire circumstances, and generally only if her clan-mates convince her to, something very few of them can do. She likes having order and believes laws are necessary to keep the peace. Many sayt hat makes no sense, as she's a mercenary, and mercenaries don't really have laws to follow. Which is why she makes laws to follow. She says it's easier to have rules to follow, and less messy (meaning less bloodshed more than anything else).

Before she left the Tangled Wood, he parents gave a runestone so that she never forgets where she came from.
