Shape-shifting merdragon

Shoni is known by many things, but one of them you probably shouldn't mention in front of others. Good luck trying to figure out which one!

Shoni's mother is Queen Megalodon, leader of Clan Ula. Growing up a princess let Shoni learn a number of skills, including politics. But Shoni never really wanted to interact with them as queen, let alone as a princess. As she grew more independent she grew more secretive, more cunning. Eventually beginning to take on jobs that required a spy's touch for influential clans. At first it was basic tasks, gathering info, following dragons- but despite her best efforts word got out.

Luckily it was to the right people, and Shoni now works for ████████████ based in ██████████ under the codename Magpie. Her work is only for righteous causes and associations, as per ████████████'s mission statement.

Shoni's a caring dragon, despite her quiet exterior. She loves a good joke and will usually laugh a bit too loud if told one, no matter how corny.
