Which Pantheon: Southern
Domain: These gods rule over two sides. As such, Arthas is both one of the seven Agonies as well as one of the Blessings - the 'lesser' gods of the pantheon. Arthas personally is God of Strength (Arthas) and Weakness (Dijorin). When properly understood, he is god of finding/acknowledging the one in the other and, thus, becoming more than you were.
Symbols/particulars:
More: He rarely grants favors or pays much attention - specifically as the gods dual natures tend to be ignored at current and he is primarily blamed for weakness.

I would like to breed with this dragon, but I don’t want fire eyes: I am sorry to say that I do not lend out my dragons to people I don’t know very well, and I can’t provide every nest within that close circle of my friend group.

amF5x1t.png Arthas has been accused before of paying less attention to their mortal charges because he is one of the few with a mate at his side. Such accusations tend to get nothing but a snort as he's walking away, the claims not worth his time.

He is very devoted to Faraunith, his mate, the Goddess of Suffering and Bounty, and a fellow Agony/Blessing. The rumors and accusations about his behavior may stem from the fact that the two often bless or ignore the mortals together. At current, they also stand as one in the opinion that if the mortals want to ignore half of their beings and simply suffer in weakness. . . who are they to argue?

No one likes to be seen only for their downside.
