Biography

A fierce huntress, Esper spends much of her time gathering meat and fish for her clanmates. She was born with a malformed throat, and while she can produce a rasping hiss, she is unable to speak. This makes socializing somewhat challenging and has thus far made it impractical for her to leave her birth clan. She is often found poring over books in the library, especially fiction novels, and she communicates fluidly in writing. She relishes the opportunity to have a "conversation" using pen and ink, and her closest friends understand that despite her lack of verbalization, Esper is cunningly intelligent with a sharp sense of humor and a great depth of curiosity. The silent huntress communicates quite well using body language and facial expressions, and she finds dancing to be a soothing way to express herself and interact with her clanmates while further developing her balance and strength. Despite her effectiveness as a solitary huntress, she has an affectionate side, and is usually romantically attracted to female dragons.
