Just Qwipium

- Clan Healer and Mage -

This dragon's true name is too hard for others to pronounce and so he goes by Qwipium, Just Qwipium. Qwipium hails from the ancient lair of Clan Diamond Dust in the Fortress of Ends. His original clan sent him to greet some of the new arrivals in the Southern Icefields and help them get settled in the harsh winter wonderland. It wasn't long before he found his home with Impera and the good Clan Shatterback.

Though he was initially very shy, he warmed up quickly to Impera, the clan's fierce Matriarch and Romulus, the clan's Hunter and Trainer. Together the three would scout around the nearby areas for a suitable place to settle down, once it was found, the small party moved on to hunting and scavenging, often coming into contact with the local beast clans and having to engage in battle to survive. Not all of these encounters were hostile, however. While out foraging for materials requested by the clan's herbalist, the young tundra heard the baying of wolves and cries for help. Qwipium rushed toward the noise and hoped he wouldn't be too late. In a small clearing he found a lone Longneck Skirmisher set upon by a small but obviously starving pack of Winter Wolves. Though normally a gentle soul, he let go a fearsome bellow and charged at the wolves, all fangs and fury. The pack scattered after several fell to the dragon's powerful magic. The Longneck was badly injured, but could be saved. Qwipium did what he could for the creature then brought him back to Shatterback's lair to give him proper time to heal. The Longneck Skirmisher, who's name was Tyco, declared himself indebted to the young Qwipium and as such, blessed the tundra with a relic created from the hollowed out fang of an ancient Chimera lord that once roamed Dragonhome. When broken, several drops of the great beast's blood fell upon Qwipium's white brow and his body was forever changed. The relic gave him all the Chimera's best physical attributes. At first, he felt his new appearance was more of a curse than a blessing, but as time passed, he would come to thank Tyco for his gift.
