As some cultures use effigies to keep away bad omens, so does Clan Xairathan use this Pearlcatcher as their ward against misfortune. This Pearlcatcher cast off her name at a young age, being trained in the arcane arts since birth. Her specialties include protective barriers and healing spells, but what she truly excels at is destructive magic. Her power resides in not her casting, but her ability to manipulate energy itself, turning it away or sometimes even back upon its caster.

Because of her important status, Death is clad at all times in multiple charmed pieces of fabric and armor. An aura surrounds her because of this. Her most poignant features are the sword upon her hip, often used to aid in sculpting complex spells, and the helm upon her head, which masks her identity from the rest of the world.
