Anrijan
Note: I bought Anrijan from the AH when he was a year old with this bio:
"Peaceful, calm, extremely loyal, and finds pleasure in the smaller things in life. Anrijan gives off a seemingly mystical presence. He lived in the forested area of his clan's territory with his mate Artemis.
Anrijan refused to use his powerful magic abilities for fighting, so instead he became the clan's healer. He'd go out of his way to do anything necessary to help a harmed dragon."
I created his lore by looking back through his offspring, many of which have been exalted, and trying to find his mate, who was also exalted.

Let me have my peace. Clan Role: Battleworn Elder Peaceful, calm, extremely loyal, and finds pleasure in the smaller things in life. Anrijan gives off a seemingly mystical presence. He lived in the forested area of his former clan's territory with his mate Artemis. Anrijan refused to use his powerful magic abilities for fighting, so instead he became the clan's healer. He'd go out of his way to do anything necessary to help a harmed dragon. Which is why he was at a serious disadvantage when he became separated from his clan. He was set upon by a small hoard of the beastclans and stood no chance at all. He was simply lucky that Tlalli and Iipa were scouting just outside of their clan's territory. They came upon Anrijan and saved him from the beastclans, though their injuries were great. As a healer, Anrijan was able to tend their wounds and the dragons of the other clan were grateful. When it became apparent that Anrijan had no idea where the rest of his clan had gone (as the battle had driven him even farther off course than he already was), Tlalli invited him to return with her and Iipa to Awyr Cam for the time being. There he met Nafanua who is a known in the clan as a great explorer. Nafanua offered to keep an eye out for his clan in her travels and with that in mind she set out once more and he settled in to wait. It took time but eventually Nafanua returned with word of Anrijan's lost clan. He was not the only one attacked by the beastclans that day; his mate and offspring had also fought many enemies and been separated. Some found their way to other clans and eventually made the decision to become exalted to their new clan's god so they could fight the beastclans head to head. Distraught by the news that he would no longer be able to see his old clan, Anrijan began to go out on raiding parties with Tlalli and Iipa. He used his healing abilities to assist in battles, but he also had to learn to fight himself out of necessity. Recklessly going into battle, he became injured one night during a raid and it was the wake up call he needed. He settled firmly into the position of his new clan's healer and refused to go fight anymore. He didn't want to become separated from the new family he had found. |
