Biography
After what felt like many long years adventuring and exploring through whatever they could find in Sornieth, Rethandral and Letheren found themselves in a new home location. They had offered their protection and guarding services to a magical flying ship piloted by an energetic Wildclaw captain and decided to see where the home base was that the crew docked at.
It was a large island that stretched across the horizon with a snowy mountain peak and a deep caldara filled with jungles and swamps. Even though it was far out in the ocean, it had the familiar nature energies of his home clan. Maybe it could be new home away from home.
======================================================
Hailing from the realm of the Glademother, Rethandral grew quickly as a hatchling and soon outgrew his other siblings as well. Even as Imperials are known to be one of the largest dragons on Sornieth, the size he obtained was impressive for his youthful age. Some dragons assumed it was merely because his entire clan could eat rather well without suffering from hunger, but that itself soon grew silent. As the decades passed, the young Imperial absorbed every ounce of knowledge that he could concerning the wild jungles and gardens that he lived in, every water course and all the beasts in between. All the while growing to even greater sizes than his parents and developing what appeared to be glistening diamond hard black scales.
It only felt all too soon to Rethandral that he yearned to see the things beyond the lush jungles of the Viridian Labyrinth and thus brought his curiosities to his parents and clan leader, a wise and very strong Wildclaw. The clan leader advised Rethandral that the rest of Sornieth was unlike the jungles he grew up in and were watched over by the other Deities, jealous of what the others had. Battles were constantly raging both in the world that he could see and up in the high mystical heavens. He may have a great deal of knowledge but he simply didn't have any training to defend himself in a fight. Thus, the elder Wildclaw introduced Rethandral tot he usually quiet and grumpy Guardian who mastered the ways of metal forging, held as close secrets from the Fire Flight. Letheren as he is called, had also been through vast travels across Sornieth, only to have returned and settle down in a clan. Under the strict and unforgiving guidance of Letheren, he taught Rethandral how best to fight with tooth, claw and magic as well as taking advantage of his sheer size. Many long lectures were had concerning tactics, strategy, using the lands and winds to ones' advantage long before any real mock battles were engaged in.
Long months pass under the brutal training before Letheren finally deemed Rethandral learned in the basic methods of fighting and survival to leave the jungles safely on his own. However, before the night Rethandral was to depart for his journey into the greater world, the stoic Guardian had one last thing to give to him, a set of armor to cover the vulnerable areas of his crystal hide. It was of a bright golden hue, almost a blinding white, a gift and a reminder of his ancestral connections to the Lightweaver and the wellspring of his curiosity. Letheren also told Rethandral that wherever the Imperial would go, he himself would follow. Despite his decades of Searching, Letheren had finally found his Charge in Rethandral. Not terribly surprised, the young Imperial gracefully and honorably accepted this simple fact, donned his shiny new golden armor and made his way to the edge of the jungles with his parents escorting behind.
Sornieth was a big and dangerous world, it was unknown just when Rethandral would return to his Clan home. At least he was not to go alone.

Earth shakes,
Stone breaks,
The forest is at your door…
The dark sleep is broken,
The woods have awoken,
The trees have gone to war.
Roots rend, wood bends,
Nature have answered the call.
Through branches now the wind sings.
Feel the power of living things.
The trees have gone to war.
