Thank the deities for Tolten. Thank the deities for his serious nature, his responsible disposition, and his stern negotiating skills. Thank the deities for his unwavering devotion to Terra, the clan matriarch. Since she had fallen into her depression, Tolten pretty much took over all of her administrative duties. He loved the clan matriarch so dearly, and was devastated to see her so down. If he could shoulder her sadness as well as her responsibilities, he probably would have done so too. Luckily, Tolten's life isn't all duties and worrying about the clan.

He has a very big soft spot, and if your name is Relm or you are a hatchling, you have probably experienced it already. When playing with hatchlings, Tolten lightens way up. His eyes sparkle as he teaches the youngsters aerial acrobatics among fits of laughter. When he is around Relm, the observant bystander will notice the same sparkle in his eyes. Tolten secretly has a huge crush on the beautiful golden Coatl, which emerged from the initial prank she played on him.

Being the jokester and free spirit that she was, Relm went right ahead and decided to prank the clan advisor before even meeting him. Initially, Tolten was quite mad at her. But as time went by and they got to know each other, Tolten came to realize that she brought balance to his life. Her carefree spirit was the perfect way of compensating for his burdens, his seriousness. She was the Yin to his Yang.
