Biography

Strict, stern and demanding, Inari is truly a goddess where the stage is concerned, expecting nothing less than perfection from her performers. As stage manager, Inari is responsible for every aspect of each performance and refuses to dishonor an audience by providing anything less than an extraordinary performance. This dogged determination won her a reputation and eventually secured her position at the Opera House. The position has proved to be more stressful than Inari had ever imagined, but she has made an art form out of juggling the egos and demands of eccentric artistic dragons, penny-pinching managers and concerned owners. She also found comfort wrapped in the wings of a budding young singer by the name of Daikoku. Their affair was doomed from the start, the two met while Inari was celebrating her new position in the Opera House, and a handsome stranger seemed a perfect way to celebrate. The next morning, she and Daikoku awkwardly met eyes as Freasa introduced her as the new stage manger. Both she and Daikoku knew they should break it off, but neither has quite been able to. Determined not to allow her feelings to cloud her judgement, Inari holds her mate to the highest standard and constantly entourages him to improve his voice, rather than chasing phantoms in the caves below the Opera House. Able to balance both overseeing the stage productions and ensuring that each student learning, improving and earning their place among the troupe, Inari continues to produce stunning performances, talented performers and a formidable reputation among artists. |
